The Sarawak government has announced its fifth special assistance package, the Bantuan Khas Sarawakku Sayang 5.0, involving some RM405 million. But is this enough to ease the burden of Sarawakians, who are facing economic difficulties and flooding, in addition to the Covid-19 pandemic? For more insight, we speak to Dr Dayang Affizzah Awang Marikan, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
