Singapore's Real Estate Market: A Temperature Check

Singapore's residential market appears to have cooled this year, registering a price increase of 2.3% versus a cumulative 8% in 2023. Likewise, the rental index of private residential properties fell for a third consecutive quarter. Alan Cheong, Executive Director at Savills Singapore analyses the reasons for this.
