Turkiye’s presidential race will head into a run-off on 28 May, after neither President Recep Tayyip Erdogan nor opposition challenger Kemal Kilicdaroglu won more than 50% of the vote. We discuss the outcome of Sunday’s elections and who holds the upper hand leading into the run-off with Dr. James Dorsey of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
