The new Sabah and Sarawak Affairs minister, Datuk Seri Maximus Ongkili said that, his first order of business will be restoring equal status to Sabah and Sarawak within the Malaysian Federation, and he hopes to achieve this within six months.

We speak to James about the feasibility of this, for his thoughts about the core issue in West and East Malaysia relations and whether GPS got a good deal with its cabinet positions.
