To buy or not to buy a house? That is generally a question we get here on Ringgit & Sense. Following on from our first Ringgit Q&A last week, today we speak to Julian Ng to dive into his perspective on property, consideration when buying or renting and his take on a decision formula here.

Roshan also asks him about the concentration and liquidity risks that come with buying property, taking advantage of rental yields as well as Julian's thoughts on REITs.
