How did a Czech brand founded in 1894 end up in so many countries and still made us all think it is locally made? Vaibhav Manrao is Bata Malaysia's Managing Director and he shares his insights into how the shoemaker took the Covid-19 pandemic impact in its stride and its plans to power through.
