Iskandar Malaysia was established 13 years ago with the aim of becoming an international metropolis by 2025. We speak to Datuk Ismail Ibrahim, CEO of the Iskandar Regional Development Authority, to find out how far along they are in achieving this lofty aim, and what stands in the way.
