Fleur Pellerin, former French Minister for SMEs, Innovation and Digital Economy, and Managing Partner of Korelya Capital discusses the French tech startup ecosystem, the obstacles faced by Europe in becoming a tech powerhouse, and her investment interests in Europe and Asia.
