We’ve heard of the World Happiness Report, which told us that Finland is the happiest country in the world two years running. But how are these indexes measured, and why is it important to have a gauge of a population’s wellbeing? On this International Day of Happiness, we speak to Carol Graham, Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, about how to go about measuring happiness.
