Deepa George, Managing Consultant of MYHRC Services and Azran Osman-Rani, CEO of Naluri shares with us if Corporate Malaysia is taking the mental health of their employees seriously enough, how impactful bosses could be on the wellbeing of employees and what should happen if an employee or employer is unfit to work.
