Before any concert involving a foreign artist can be held in Malaysia, approval is required from the Central Application Agency for Filming and Performance by Foreign Artistes, better known by its Malay acronym PUSPAL. We go behind the scenes at PUSPAL and discuss what goes into their decision-making process with Yazman Yahya, Undersecretary of the Content Development Division at the Ministry of Communication.
