South China Sea - Historic Rights and Regional Resolutions

Maritime and territorial disputes in the South China Sea continue to be a source of uncertainty- China's increasingly assertive stance and ASEAN's inability to form a binding Code of Conduct have led to a stalemate. To find out more, we speak to Bill Hayton, Associate Fellow with the Asia-Pacific Programme at Chatham House, and author of the book, "The South China Sea: The Struggle For Power in Asia".
