With the Covid-19 pandemic, has China's plan of becoming a global superpower by 2049 been derailed? Will it be able to resolve some of its structural issues of an ageing population and the hukou system? We speak to David Dollar, co-author of "China 2049: Economic Challenges of a Rising Global Power," for his views on this.
