United Nations Development Programme works in around 170 countries and territories and aims to achieve 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, some of the goals are to eradicate poverty and reduce inequalities and exclusion.

Kanni Wignaraja, Assistant Secretary-General, and Director of the Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific, at the UNDP tells us the challenges it faces and gives us the behind the scenes of how conversations take place with governments.
