Unique Fire Holdings, a family-run business, has been in the fire protection system business since 1975. It is now set to list on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market on August 5th to raise RM21.8 million to set it on its next growth path. Its Executive Director, Ryan Liew, talks about UFH's journey navigating the challenges of the business amid rising costs and slowing demand, while remaining confident that this industry remains hot.
