Every so often, we see reports of homeowners complaining of defects after collecting the keys to their new home. These defects range from minor fixes to major structural repairs. As for the final product, there have also been complaints of units that look nothing like what they saw in sales showrooms. So, what legal recourse is there for a buyer caught in such situations.
