There have been reports of how the USD100 billion Forest City project by one of China's largest property developer Country Garden has turned into a ghost town and have had the unenviable title of one of the world's biggest white elephants. However, we speak with Daniel Ho, the group managing director of the Group Managing Director of the international real estate technology group Juwai IQI, who tells us that there may be signs that things could be on the mend.
