PropertyGuru says the real estate sector is responsible for about 40% of global CO2 emissions, and it has a significant role to play in climate action. Kenneth Soh, Country Manager - Malaysia for PropertyGuru and iProperty, shares the company's initiatives to become more sustainable along with tips we as homeowners can employ to do our part.
