Deputy Minister of Local Government Development, Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, said the country has almost 600 sick and abandoned projects and to address the issue, reforms to the HDA Act may need to take place. A Panel of Experts has been assembled to advise the Ministers on the HDA review. We speak with Dr. Mohamed Rafick Khan bin Abdul Rahman, Chairman of Victims Malaysia, an NGO that looks at the plight of abandoned project home owners.
