The latest industry survey from the Real Estate & Housing Developers' Association Malaysia shows that its members are optimistic of a better property market going into 2024, now that the first quarter has wrapped up. REHDA president Datuk NK Tong also shares with us his views on the year that has gone by and the challenges the local property market can expect.
