Over the past few years, there have been court disputes involving developers of projects in the special economic zone of Johor, where units were sold under a private lease scheme (PLS). A PLS can create complications for both current and future homebuyers. To better understand how the scheme works, producer Natalie Tan will speak with Yeoh Tung Seng, Partner at Yeoh & Joanne.
