Also, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte claims that China had threatened war if the Philipines drilled for oil in a disputed area of the South China Sea. Singapore also risks getting on China's bad side with its 'independence' in regional controversies. Elina provides her insights into how ASEAN members must tread carefully in dealing with the world's second largest economy.
