In a bid to grow its Malay-language audience, Astro is investing RM100 million in a joint venture with Malaysia’s largest Malay language media company, Grup Majalah Karangkraf Sdn Bhd.

Karangkraf brings with it 10 million monthly unique visitors and will transfer its 38 properties to the joint venture, including Pesona Pengantin, Mingguan Wanita, Nona and Mingguan Kanak-Kanak.
