The latest Auditor General’s Report has revealed that 4 out of 27 projects to upgrade and build water treatment plants nationwide throughout the 11th Malaysia Plan period, were delayed beyond their scheduled completion dates. Charles Santiago, Chairman of the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) shares his thoughts on these.
