Australia is set to restrict its intake of international students to 270,000 in 2025. As one of the largest international student markets globally and a top destination for Malaysians pursuing higher education, this decision could have significant repercussions. What might this mean for Malaysia’s higher education sector and community? Economist Dr. Geoffrey Williams joins us to share his perspectives.
