Vague Definitions Fetter Online Safety Laws

Both the Communication & Multimedia Act (CMA) Amendment Bill and Online Safety Bill (OSB) were passed this week, facing criticism from the Opposition and civil society groups over concerns about censorship. To further dive into this issue, we speak to Dr Benjamin Loh, Director of Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions Impact Lab, Taylor’s University.
