The Bursa Malaysia Construction Index has surged by 47% this year. This performance is due to a steady flow of contracts, particularly for major construction firms securing data centre and semiconductor projects. Does this rally still have legs and which companies stand to benefit? Chong Tjen San, Director of CGS International gives us his perspective.
