The Federation of Private Medical Practitioners’ Association Malaysia (FPMPAM) came out with a statement advising general practitioners to impose a regulatory compliance charge in their billing to offset costs from complying with various government regulations. We speak to Dr Shanmuganathan Ganeson, President of FPMPAM to find out what these regulations are, and how much they’re truly costing GPs.
