1975 Plays A Bad Tune For Good Vibes Festival

British pop-rock band The 1975 created a furore after frontman Matty Healy kissed his fellow band member and spouted abuses against Malaysia’s anti-LGBTQ laws. This led the government to blacklist the band and cancel the 3 day Good Vibes music festival in Sepang. We speak with Wan Alman, Director Of Entertainment, Future Sound Asia, the organiser of the Good Vibes Festival to get the lowdown on the situation and the wider ramifications it may have on the industry.
