T15: Who Dat?

The T15 income classification was introduced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim when he proposed RON95 petrol subsidy rollbacks for this group in his tabling of Budget 2025. But what makes someone T15 and why they don't deserve subsidies is still unclear. Business commentator, Pankaj C Kumar, tries to help us make sense of this.
