Or was the real winner Donald Trump, who decided to skip the debate but appeared on X with Tucker Carlson. We speak with Robert Shapiro, Professor of Political Science and International and Public Affairs at Columbia University to get his reaction and whether anyone can catch up with Teflon Don.
