Every year on 16th May, Malaysia celebrates Teacher’s Day. However, the educational landscape  faces a multitude of challenges  with unequal access to education and poor outcomes. We speak to  Chan Soon Seng, CEO, Teach for Malaysia on what policy changes are required to make teachers the center of our education policy to achieve our goals of becoming a developed country.
