The increase in demand for skilled workers related to artificial intelligence (A.I.) has prompted the Human Resources Ministry and partners to introduce the  Industry Driven Talent Acceleration Programme (ID-TAP). We speak to Mohd Amirul Rafiq Abu Rahim, Research Associate at Khazanah Research Institute to find out how AI will impact our labour market, what are the challenges in upskilling our workforce.
