With the USD/MYR currently at 4.4350, the strongest for the ringgit in 14 months, prime minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has credited his administration's policies for the local unit's performance. Stephen Chiu, Chief Asia FX and Rates Strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence gives us some perspective on the ringgit's strength against the US dollar and whether or not it is sustainable.
