Leaders of the post-punk revival of the 2000s since they shook up the scene with their 2002 debut album Turn On The Bright Lights, Interpol has influenced a generation of alternative rock musicians with their distinct blend of dark, atmospheric instrumentation and introspective, often moody, lyrics.
