Bar None: S2E12 - Movements & Motivations

After struggling to recover from an accident back in 2014--where she suffered acute whiplash, concussion and deep lacerations on her limbs, triple SEA Games gold medalist decided that she was going to use her newfound zeal in life for a different purpose. No longer in the competitive field, Kimbeley spends her days now as a movement specialist at a fitness programme that was founded by her husband, Noel Chelliah. Kimbeley joins us this week as she shares with us about her new book, her experience competing in the SEA Games and her transition from competing to training other people.
