Bar None: S2E19 - She Lifts, She Flaunts, She Flexes

A bodybuilder by chance, Lilian started lifting weights back in 1997 while she was studying in the US. Her first ever competition was the Miss San Diego Bodybuilding Championship in 2001 which she came in second but eventually won first place the following year. With countless bodybuilding medals under her belt, her biggest achievement, however, has to be winning gold for the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in 2012, making her the first Malaysian woman to ever do so. This week on Bar None, Lilian shares her trials and tribulations in her journey and proves to us that bodybuilding is no longer a predominantly male sport.
