Rugby's New Normal

Datuk Shahrul Zaman Yahya, Malaysian Rugby Union

Rugby's New Normal

Rugby is traditionally a team contact sport - with bodies piled over each other, with face to face scrums & huddles inches away from the opposing team - definitely going against the notion of physical distancing, the theme of 2020. So how does one follow the rules when the sport doesn’t allow for it?

Datuk Shahrul Zaman Yahya, Malaysian Rugby Union president joins us on the show this week and delves into complexities of the sport amidst pandemic.
