This week we have a chat with one of the pioneers of free running in Malaysia, Abudi Alsagoff. He picked up the sport in university 13 years back as a hobby, then fell in love with the gravity defying and stunt filled sport. Fully immersing himself with this art of movement, he grabbed every opportunity that the free running sphere had to offer. For instance, moving to Dubai to promote the sport, where he also successfully attempted the first human flag on the world’s tallest residential building, the 101 Marina. He shares his journey of becoming a pro free running athlete and an entrepreneur behind his athletic brand, Alpha Movements.
