Suatu masa dahulu, jarang untuk kita temui bahan bacaan ilmiah berbahasa Melayu yang menyentuh aspek sejarah dunia, sains, falsafah dan macam macam lagi. Kini, kesedaran untuk membudayakan bahasa Melayu sebagai bahasa ilmu telah meningkat, dengan wujudnya lebih banyak wacana yang menggunakan bahasa kebangsaan kita. Salah satu usaha pembudayaan tersebut digerakkan oleh The Patriots, satu entiti yang bercita-cita mewujudkan masyarakat Malaysia yang lebih bijak dan menghayati ilmu.
