But for such a simple drink—essentially leaves in water—there are so many nuances to it, so many different types, tastes and terroir, that a study in tea can last a lifetime. So today, we speak to Siow Fei from Tanah & Air, to scratch the surface of the tea world, talk about her journey to becoming a tea artist, and break some tea myths.
