 A Very, Very Big Raptor

This week on Cruise Control our petrolheads preview the impending arrival of Honda's next sedan rock the C segment, as they unveiled the new Civic e:Hev. Globally, Toyota's early model with a hybrid engine makes a comeback, a fifth generation Toyota Prius returns to the market with an updated look and upgraded features all around. We also hear that Subaru have also jumped on the electrified bandwagon, as they just launched a new crossover to replace the popular XV, called the Subaru Solterra.

As the Malaysian automotive market welcomes more car makers with electrified technology, we look ahead to three Chinese companies with full electric options as we compare and contrast Chery's Omoda 5, BYD's Atto 3 and the quirky Ora Good Cat, all of which will make its entry to Malaysia in the near future.

We round off the show with Daniel's tale of getting stuck in a parking lot trying to navigate the upsized Ford Ranger Raptor Next-Gen, which despite its sheer size, proved to be the most accomplished option in the pick up truck segment.
