Will BYD Dolphin Make A Splash?

Cruise Control soldiers on this week despite being a person down, as always bringing you the latest news in the automotive world, as well as Daniel's experience test driving BYD's latest model to leap onto our shores, the BYD Dolphin!

As the competition gets hotter in the local EV landscape, (and perhaps feeling the heat from BYD's Dolphin), Hozon has decided to drop the price of their Netta V from RM99K to RM80K. In the petrol realm, Honda announced the 5th generation of Honda City. Sporting a new look, this popular B-segment sedan will be priced at RM85K to RM112K. In the global sphere, Nissan looks set to release a limited number of the Nissan Skyline NISMO to the Japan market. And over in Indonesia, Mitsubishi unveiled their highly anticipated new model, the Xforce, aimed at competing with models such as Honda HR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross.

The second part of the show focuses on Perodua Alza and its huge potential to be a perfect taxi for Malaysians, due to its size and practicality for passengers.

Tune in to hear more of Daniel's thoughts on this.

While you're at it, hear his opinions on BYD Dolphin as well and how this car fits into the current EV market that's getting crowded, day by day!
