Hervantage: Take Back Your Life

Wendy Ida is a exercise dynamo, 5-time award winning fitness pro, and a top Los Angeles fitness trainer. Her fitness career began after gaining 50 lbs with her second child. She quit her 20 year corporate accounting job and pursued her own credentials as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. She is a living example of how any woman over age 40 can become a fitness warrior if they understand their body having lost 80 lbs. A domestic abuse survivor, do a search online and you won’t believe she’s 64!
