In conjunction with Deepavali, the festival that celebrates the triumph of light over darkness, it's good to pay a closer attention to the most important element that completes any festivities: food. In this episode, we're going to unpack Indian food - from Southern Indian dishes that are most commonly found here, to the less known dishes from other regions in India. Sricharan Ventakesh, head chef of Nadodi, a contemporary Southern Indian restaurant, helps break it all down for us.
