Giving Heritage The Human Touch

A breath of fresh air in the local heritage scene since early 2016, LokaLocal has been helping pair travellers with the right local 'experts' for an authentic immersive experience. On I Love KL this week we are joined by Rachael Lum, writer at LokaLocal, who shares with us how far the start-up has come in its mission to personalise travel experiences for the benefit of individual travellers and locals. She also describes interesting highlights of their unique local offerings in KL and beyond, and the joy they all share in discovering hidden gems in places and people across the country.
