Hotel Tales

Hotels and the city of Kuala Lumpur have had a unique relationship since the 1900s. Apart from providing temporary accommodation for people who are in town for a short visit, hotels also contributed to the growth of our city. Hanley Chew, CEO of S P A C E Hospitality and author of Hotel Tales, shares some insights on what it takes to be a hotelier, how are hotels coping with low occupancy due to the restrictions, and what should be done, moving forward.
