Now Showing - RexKL

Rex Cinema still lingers in the memory of most people as one of the busiest cinemas in Kuala Lumpur, but if one were to pay a visit to the site now, they would be greeted by its modern incarnation, RexKL, a new social events space without creative limits. Instead of being driven by nostalgia, this modern incarnation of Rex wants to serve a larger social role for local entrepreneurs and communities alike, alongside bringing back that communal spirit that we seem to have in abundance once upon a time. Founding members, Shin Chang and Shin Tseng join the show to share their vision for the space.
