With their blistering form and a game in hand over title-rivals Arsenal, is it too soon for Pep's side to be labeled as champions-elect? Speaking of Arsenal, they did their part over the weekend keeping the pressure on with a 2-0 away win vs Newcastle in an intense top of the table clash. Meanwhile, Manchester United went down to West Ham 1-0 throwing their top 4 chances in jeopardy as in the rearview mirror are Liverpool fast chasing Champions League football, winning 1-0 with an early Mo Salah goal vs Brentford.
