Liberalism - A Dangerous Idea Traced

An intellectual history consists not just in tracing the trajectory of ideas but also how these ideas were embedded in societies - who and how they were created, circulated and clashed with other ideas. Professor Brena has worked mainly on the political and intellectual history of the Spanish and Atlantic worlds during the first quarter of the 19th century. In this episode we discuss the trajectory of liberalism.
